Labrador Rescue Kent Fun Day 2019 – Tonbridge Castle

Many stalls including tombola, raffle etc with refreshments and ice-creams available to buy on the day.

Regular attendees to our annual Fun Day know that it’s not just a chance to have a great day out, it’s also an opportunity to see first-hand a lot of the rehomed Labs who the LRK team work with and most importantly to meet our amazing adoptive families who take on dogs which need a new home.
We rely heavily on donations and one of the ways we raise funds is by our Loose Change for Labs tins. It’s been running since 2009 and it’s a very simple idea. We give you a tin, you fill it up with your loose change and you bring it back to next year’s fun day. Did you know that since the idea started in 2009, we have raised £5275.96 from your loose change alone which is amazing.
However, we realise that with our busy lives, it is not always possible to attend so if you have a full tin, and can’t get to the event, send us an e-mail at labrescuekent@aol.com to let us know where you live and we will do our very best to put you in touch with one of our local volunteers who may be able to collect it.
