Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

The information we collect is only very basic contact information and is purely an optional requirement for the purposes of contact.
That information is discarded automatically after delivery and extends only to Name, Address, Email and Telephone number.
All submission of information is voluntary by yourselves and no information you provide is disclosed to third parties, excepting where that information requires further investigation by local or enforcement authorities.
In addition, we may from time to time run competitions and auctions where that information is both stored on the site database and emailed directly to the competition organisers. After the competition has concluded that data is then erased.
The only people with access to any stored data are our site administrators (Currently: Mode Solutions www.modesolutions.co.uk)
How will we use the information about you?
Information that you provide will be passed on to relevant personnel within the organisation for actioning. In the case of adoption, it will initiate a contact and the creation of further manual records which are stored elsewhere.
Marketing
From time to time we may email to our adopters news about upcoming fund raising events. If you wish to be removed from these mailing lists you need to contact the site owners at labrescuekent@gmail.com. No data is taken from the website and used for the purposes of marketing and no personal data passed on to third parties.
